Shauna Repetto is originally from Sanford, FL near Orlando, but moved in 1994 to Cashiers, NC and opened a restaurant with her husband Horacio. For 17 years they ran their restaurant in the beautiful (but seasonal) Western North Carolina mountains before making the move to Greenville in 2011 to open a new restaurant called Bocca Pure Italian located near Furman University. Shauna got her real estate license in 2017 and has enjoyed weaving her background in hospitality into attentive customer service for her clients. She and her husband also do renovations, so she is well connected to home repair professionals for almost anything as needs arise during the process of preparing a house for the market. She utilizes professional stagers and photographers to make her listings stand out and attract great offers for her seller clients. Shauna's devotion to high quality service ensures that her clients are always well informed during the home selling process and good communication is of paramount importance between all involved parties so that the path to closing is smooth.
